CLUB BYLAWS

  1. Follow the example of your fellow Patched Members on how to conduct yourself.

  2. Wear your Prospect Attire at all times. 

  3. All Prospects and Hangarounds MUST ride motorcycles in public sessions, except during free roaming activities and jobs/heists

  4. Prospects ALWAYS ride behind patched members.

  5. This is your active crew, and your only MC. No tolerance for crew hopping and representing other crews.

  6. NEVER enter passive mode.

  7. Your Social Club profile must be set to public/friends only.

  8. NO crew killing. (Unless both parties agreed)

  9. Always check session for presence of other MCs and avoid attacking other MC members. We are generally friendly with other MCs, so do not shoot at anyone on a cruiser or wearing a patch. If someone from our friendly list shoots at you, explain to them that our clubs are friendly toward each other, and let a higher up know. The list of friendly crews can be found here, along with our enemies whom you are free to shoot.

  10. Use Discord even if you dont have a microphone you will hear what is going on (ask an officer for an invite).

  11. No trash-talking or patch-pics (no photos of dead MC members, especially patches of real-life MCs).

  12. No modding, no hanging with modders. If you are caught modding or asking for modded cash, you will be kicked. Zero tolerance.

  13. Don’t talk to patched members of other MCs without being requested first

  14. Violation of these bylaws will result in delaying vote for full patch or termination.

   

Weapon Clause

Members of the motorcycle club are only allowed to use specific set of weapons during combat. These weapons include:

  • All Assault Rifles

  • Shotguns EXCEPT Assault Shotguns, Bullpup Shotgun and Heavy Shotgun

  • All SMGs

  • All Handguns

  • All Melee Weapons

  • Sniper Rifles EXCEPT Marksman Rifle are only allowed to be used on random non-MC attackers

  • MGs ONLY used on random attackers

     

NO explosives, grenade launchers, homing missles, RPGs during combat unless it's against armored/military vehicles. Mini Guns are not allowed under any circumstance. Only vehicles allowed in combat are motorcycles. Members are not allowed to kill enemies by running over or doing drive-by in cars. Using mounted weapons on cars of non-MC or MC friends are unacceptable.
